I'm trying to hook up this cat5 cable to the wall jack for a dsl connection. Can anyone tell me if this wiring looks right?

what are you doing?

Yes, trying to hook the data cable (I'm assuming a rx/TX deal, white on orange wire on pin 3 and orange on white on pin 4 )
Wait...what?

Did someone chew the inside wall of that rj socket?

Blue-Blue White/Pair 1 is pots
If you have a splitter in your NID, then pair 2 might be the split DSL signal.
In either case, you tie them to the Red/Green pair in the jack. Red goes to the solid blue/orange. Green goes to the white.
If you're actually connecthing Ethernet to it, then you need to trash that plug, and get an RJ11 and RJ45 keystone jack, that shit you got going is amateur hour.
