Anyone have any advice how to fix this? Its a 2009 altima door that got hit with a tree branch. Its only dented on the door itself. Not the body.

You're not gonna like the answer but the only way is to sand the door, bonds the dent, and repaint the door. Unfortunately there's no 'unbending' bent metal.
You could do it this way, but there is a similar way, using rivets instead of welding rods.
Take it to a paintless dent guy they will make it look good as new and shouldnt run you too much
Is that the part of the door above the window? If so I'd say you're pretty fucked since most cheap suction dent removers are too large for that application. I'd probably take it somewhere if I cared that much about my 7 year old rice cooker.

roll the windows up...form a tight seal around the exhaust with the engine off and blow it should pop right out.
or go to car-part.com search for a door for your car find one with matching paint code buy it replace door...or bondo and paint but it will never look factory unless you know what your doing
