So I wanna set up a workshop, but I dont have any space in my house. What kind of stuff (mainly woodworking, but anything really) can I make with only handheld tools? Things like Dremels, jig saws, skill saws, anything handheld like that.

How about a shed?

Shed's too small
A nice miter saw (the hand powered kind), a scroll saw or small bandsaw (not hand held but can be small), a drill. Random orbital sander.
With those tools you can make square boxes, bandsaw boxes, and most basic projects, albeit with butt joints. (Tee hee)
Oh and CLAMPS
Wood carving is easy to do on any kind of sturdy table. You only need a corner of a room somewhere. No power tools required.

you can make a house. There's free books online from the 1890's about all sorts of woodworking skills. don't even need powertools.
But yeah, even now house carpentry uses drill, skillsaw, recip saw, and MAYBE miter or tablesaw. more hammer nail and skillsaw for the framing, roofing hammer or nailer for roofing, hammer and nails for drywall, drill for holes for pipes/conduit, recip saw to cut off pipes/conduit. that's pretty much a house, except the concrete work.
