when i i'm asleep i grind my teeth because i'm under a lot of stress, i've already taken some acetaminophen (for medical reasons of course) but that doesn't work for that long. so basically my up-right teeth row hurts like hell. is there anything i can do/make to ease the pain (THAT ISN'T A DRUG) so i can sleep again?

Ibuprofen OR aspirin can bedosed with acetaminophen. Ibuprofen has longer effective doses usually. Up to 8 hours over the counter.
For DIY hack bullshit, stuff your mouth with cloves until you want to die. Amsput them out and relax and sleep at the sudden relief.

Every now and then I get ridiculous headaches that die pretty quickly to a paracetamol/ibuprofen stack.
For reference I take 1g of paracetamol and 400mg of ibuprofen.
