So, my gate latch popped off. It's attached with these 4 bolts/screws. I have a power drill with a bunch of bits but none that seem to work. The bolts have this circular hole in the middle that extends most of the way through the center of the bolt and nothing is fitting in.

I also tried banging it in with a rubber mallet to no avail. Any ideas what type of bolt this is and what bit I would need for it?

I have two more pics incoming.

they're not bolts, they're rivets. drill them out and find bolts & nuts to fasten them into place

Thanks. I found a manual rivet gun on Amazon for $10 that I'll try out. If that doesn't work I'll just drill in some screws.
