Cheers, I'll organize them with some of the other books I have. Eventually we'll have a bigger library to use.

This is the most badass diy book i've ever read.

My father bought it in 1987 (spanish translation of it), i still have it as its my most precious book.

>Very broad: from "hey its fun to do mead" to "i don't fucking need anything now and i have supplies for a year".

>Easy to understand.

>Good (very good) illustrations.

>A good read overall.

You're probably working on a list of meatspace books, but there's conversation in another thread about building a downloadable /diy/ library. Might want to merge the discussions into this thread.

We should probably create a list of topics to cover first

If a book is telling you how to do stuff you're not really self-sufficient.

This is a good idea, I was planning to put everything in a mega.co account but I'm not great at organizing things so I'd end up having a load of books under miscellaneous. Otherwise if someone else wants to do it that would be great because of my slow internet speed.

fuck I think that's in one of the antique bookstores I frequent.

fucking like $70 though iirc

My SO has a fascinating cookbook. Fascinating because it's ancient. Before it starts with cooking recepies, it teaches you how to turn a whole cow into cuts of meat, separating the hide, etc.

I won't bother posting it, as it is in norwegian.
