Just moved into this place, found roach turds in a couple of the kitchen drawers. How do I sanitize them? Pic related is what I'm working with here.
Bleach, bleach, and maybe some bleach.
Get a empty spray bottle if you can and mix up a good dilution to fill it with. Spray all of that shit down and let it sit for 15mins, then wipe down. If the smell bugs you get a bottle of whatever generic cleaner you can find for the cheapest (that the smell of doesn't bug you) and use that afterwards.

Just wipe it down with a wet rag? Also, the textured bottom interior of the drawers look like they would shred anything I used to wipe them with.

use a mix that is 95% water and the rest bleach.
Not wanting bug droppings everywhere is normal, but bacteria doesn't really do much of anything unless it is placed into liquid water.
So, ya know,,,, kitchen utensils sitting in a dry drawer aren't going to 'grow' anything.
