Fiberglass? Ugh. Bleach I guess. If that doesn't clear it up you are SOL. Fiberglass sucks.

Find some sodium hydroxide. Aka oven cleaner aka coil cleaner for air conditioners.
Its caustic, so wear gloves.
Spray on and leave to soak for 15-30 mins.
Come back and use a scrubbing pad or brush.
It eats through soap & skin scum easily.
I do maintenance and use it to clean all the time. Best thing ive used yet.
hydrofluoric acid
We use a product called x-14. Used to be able to buy it in stores, but now only avail on Amazon.
It works amazingly well on Fiberglas shower pans.

OP try some magic eraser... wet the sponge and literally just rub, and post results pls out of curious if it works
