So far, Neal Adams, Kurt Busiek, John Byrne, Grant Morrison, Briand Bendis, and Mark Waid are confirmed to be a huge fans of the O5.
Anyone else
It has some memorable stuff like the Juggernaut two-parter and the Sentinel issues and pic related but on the whole it's pretty weak. You can tell Kirby really couldn't give a fuck and it's some of his worse art of the era. Plus it has the quality of writing / plotting of a Stan Lee comic that the artist didn't give a fuck about (make of that what you will Stan Defense Force).
Notable because it has the only Marvel cape comics drawn by Alex Toth even if it does get butchered by the inking.

It's important in that it laid a lot of ground work for later creators to build on. But, no it's not good in its own right even by the standards of 60's comics
