They are both entertaining but in different ways.
Teen Titans was a good action show with an arc based narrative that made it interesting for viewers to follow along with the narrative.
Teen Titans Go is more of a screw ball comedy that takes pretty much only the most basic premise from the original show. However it has a lot of clever in jokes and pokes fun at the original in addition to it's zany premise. It's kind of like crackfic, but made into an actual show.

I don't really like either show but I will say the Wally T episode is maybe my favorite episode of a kids cartoon of the decade so far. The way it made fun of itself while at the same time being headstrong and showing love to their audience and saying as sweetly as possible 'fuck the haters' was funny and touching and genuine.

Actually I really disliked the style when it first came on, but gradually grew to like it.

I really think it was just back then that most cartoons were super episodic and didn't really tie into eachother. At least on the popular networks. Things like Samurai Jack, Avatar, and Teen Titans all had arcs and storylines that made them much more worth watching, and the people working on them put in quality beyond that minimum.
The biggest difference between Go and Teen Titans is probably that. Go has a lot more filler time on jokes and gags that are good once in a blue moon, and Teen Titans was plot with filler jokes/episodes every once in a blue moon.

I only have two problems with TTG
1: it's on 1/3 of the day every single day and has barely 200 episodes at best.
2:For not caring about the older fandom whiners they sure like to devote multiple episodes calling out a 'deal with it'(One EP is fine, more you start looking insecure and trying to bluff.)
