Mystic Marvel died in the 90s when they cancelled Strange's ongoing and has remained dead for the past 20 years without a big renaissance like what Cosmic Marvel got. Everything's now so scattered and underdeveloped that it barely feels like a cohesive sub-universe at all.
I'd hope the movie would inspire a comeback but the way Marvel creative is right now that's got monkey's paw written all over it.
