Sam Witwer is a really underrated actor. Sure, his past with kinda frivolous shows has kept him from truly shining, but he's got great range as displayed by the varied roles he's taken. And he's especially good for fits of wrath, which would be grreat for Namor. Also, just look at him. Definitely has the looks and body.
Olivia Wylde might be the worse actor from these three but I think that's just because she hasn't starred in any serious role. She Hulk is a joyful character nonetheless, and Olivia's smile would shine beautifully in green.
As for Yvonne as Black Cat, she's definitely played the sexy temptress part before in Dexter (and she did it stuningly). I want to see more of her.

We live in a world where Gal Gadot was cast as WW, anon. Like the people in charge really care.
That said, I genuinely do think that Emma Roberts is probably the best person for the job. Maybe she's a little too young for it now, but give it 5-10 years or so and she'd essentially just be a real life Emma Frost.
