Zeus went around fucking all those women for a very specific reason, he NEEDED a special child from them for his war against the Giants. The problem with giants is that gods can't kill them solo, they need a mortal to help. So he fucked all the mortal women he could in order to produce the most powerful possible mortal. And he got Hercules out of it, who was able to help him and the other gods kill the giants and win the war.
After that war was over, he kept it in his pants. He even arranged the Trojan War to kill off all the demigods he and other gods had sired. The Trojan War might have started with Paris and Helen, but Zeus was the one orchestrating things.
And Poseidon? Poseidon rapes women just because he's a fucking asshole. I can't find the specific Gigantomachy reference right now because I don't have my books with me, but it's well-recorded that Giants can only be killed by a mortal and a god working together, which is why Herakles features in it (he's the strongest child of Zeus, needed for that purpose). Usually Herakles works alongside Zeus and Athena in artwork from the war, appropriate.
There IS one reference I can find, but it's only a modern one, from Graves' notes on the Gigantomachy, remarking on a prophesy that the giants can never be killed by any god. Apollodorus (1.6.2) talks about how Herakles was the one who dealt the finishing blows since the gods couldn't.
I can definitely provide the second reference, it's out of the Cypria as recorded in the Trojan Cycle's summary with one simple line:

The various notes throughout the Cypria of Zeus' plotting don't need inclusion, to my mind, but they're there if you want to have a look at Cypria in the Epic Cycle. That note is followed up with reference to a myth concerning Zeus and his grandmother Gaia, the Earth, that she found the weight of demigods to be pushing her down and told Zeus he needed to lighten her load. I can try digging around for that one, but it's not in the couple texts I have next to me.
The Poseidon one is mostly just comparing the women Poseidon raped to the women Zeus raped, and checking to see which myth involves seduction and which myth involves rape. Zeus tends to the former, Poseidon to the latter. There's some rape on both sides, and some seduction on both sides, but the average swings one way or the other. Plus the vast majority by far of Poseidon's children turn out to be monsters or monstrous, with a couple of exceptions.
Hilariously, Hades doesn't even feature because he's the nicest of the lot. Doesn't cheat on his wife, does his job, is pretty decent and fair to mortals.

We also know that it's sometime after this (er, mythologically chronologically speaking) that he starts refusing to put his dick in women on the basis of all the hero prophecies of children who will be greater than their parents. Well, it's not quite the end, the Odyssey and a couple of other myths were set after it, as well as a few lost epics such as the Telegony. But for the most part, yes, the Trojan War is the end of the age of heroes.
By the time Troy falls, most of the big heroes are already dead or ascended to godhood. Castor, Polydeuces, Herakles, Theseus, and so on and so forth. Medea's already gone, the Argonauts were about a decade (give or take) prior to Troy... it really was an ending. A couple, like Odysseus, manage to last for a while after Troy's fall, but they mostly don't do a whole lot, the entire Odyssey is practically an epilogue to the heroic age where Odysseus really just wants to get home and put an end to his overly long journey (which is long because Poseidon's an asshole, but that's neither here nor there).

Look. i love Brian Azzarelo's run but his Paradise Island and amazons simple didn't work.

Say that about 15 young amazons were chosen for a rape party. Their time had come. These 15 girls are all close friends. They all find the idea of laying with a man repulsive and appalling. They decided to disobey the queen. Rebellion. See the problem?
Wouldn't make more sense to teach the girls since beginning about the rape parties and the importance of it for the island? You know, drill this shit into their heads so that they won't back out in the last moment. But of course Azzarello didn't do that. Wonder Woman needed to remain naive and innocent. If the girls were taught about the rape parties from an earlier age Hephaestus revelation wouldn't shock WW. Maybe the existence of the manamazons, but not the rape and killing part, and you can't have a super-heroine who condone mass rape and killings.

Continuing the fact that Wonder Woman was such a nice gal who loved everyone, including Hades, despite growing up in an island where her mother and pretty much all of her sisters hate men is really strange. Shit just doesn't add up. This is a big puzzle that Brian Azzarello never addressed.
Like, i would get if Diana was shown at an earlier age hating men just as much as her sisters until she learned better after meeting Steve, but nope. Diana was always nice.
The only writer to really explore such angle was Peter Tomasi in SUPERMAN/WONDER WOMAN where he had Wonder Woman shit-talking a dying man during Darkseid invasion, not really understanding why the injured dude was such a pathetic pussy. THAT'S A WONDER WOMAN THAT MADE SENSE GIVEN THE BACKGROUND AZZARELLO GAVE HER.
So yeah, you either write the amazons being reasonable people or you better write WW calling men sperm-banks.
