I assume this show is mostly about Lincoln's interaction with his sisters. Do they all get a fair share or is it like they each get an episode about them but don't really do anything in other episodes?
can this show actually manage to give screen time to all 10 sisters or do they sort of rotate in and out?

Some episodes do have a few of the sisters not say anything while others get focus, or they might just focus on a small group, but a couple of episodes they're juggled pretty well to where they all get a good amount of screen time and lines. Though, some sisters do end up lacking more than others.

Mods delete most threads here due to the fact that someone does keep trying to spam them, and because they don't want a general, so they take preemptive measures, albeit I'd say to the extreme, to stop one from happening. Eventually, it just became the norm to go to /trash/, so most anyone who cares about the show is probably there already.
/trash/ threads have more activity, but being "better" is hard to really say, depending on what you want out of a thread. Stuff actually gets made there with drawfags and writefags, but there's also so much shitposting and not much to counter balance it.
TL;DR: "unofficially" purged by mods, unless the thread has a subject or something; /trash/ isn't much better, but it's the only place available.

As a mod, I'd imagine they're harder to manage, and a vocal amount of users hate them.
Some times they're too fast, sometimes they're too slow, sometimes they post things that aren't related to the board/thread, often they may bump other things off the board while lasting for days, sometimes things just get weird and wild.
Sometimes they form their own little clique that discourages easy entrance from someone just wanting to talk about the show. Sometimes they don't, but to the outside seeing them doing their own thing, it looks off and makes them feel like they're discouraged entrance.
Sometimes they get circlejerky, going into off-topic tangents to discuss unrelated stuff, and then repeating stuff ad infinitum, and it annoys people who just want to talk about the show or at least something related to the show, or it annoys people who don't care about the show but keep seeing these people talking about the same, random, stupid shit every day.
Sometimes they're made specifically to annoy people who don't like the thing, or sometimes people just get sick of seeing the same thread.
So mods have to deal with trying to moderate the same type of general, trying to moderate the people complaining about the generals, and that's along side everything else. In the end, they probably find it easier to just ban a general than trying to keep up with it and whatever flak they get, and with some examples you can't blame them, while with others you question their methods.

There's a little more to what you see. Lori may be the oldest, but she has a more level headed attitude of the bunch. Whenever she's not on her phone with Bobby, she's the leader that's a bit harsh, but knows what's best. Leni is pretty much comedic relief. She can't tell right from left, but it's funny seeing her interact with the world around her. There's also more to Lola than what you see. Aside from being a brat she actually cares about her brother, seeing as she'd rather buy Lincoln his comic reading underwear and let him read in his underwear, than to uphold the bet she won. I can believe that Lucy was blonde. Aside from Lincoln, everyone has either 1 of 2 hair colors, blonde or brown. Since Lucy wants everything to be black, she dyed her hair black. Lana is cool
