ah yeah dude, you are doing roughly the right consonant sounds (when parts of your mouth touch other parts), but the vowel parts (no parts touching) are mostly wrong, and the rhythm is wrong. That's pretty good for a deaf guy though. If you really practiced I bet you could learn to talk in a way we could understand.
You also want to put more volume into it.. which for you I guess means.... breathe out harder? I'm not sure what that would be like

a little better. obviously you're not going to get the rhythm right because you can't actually have it indicated to you in any way, what you'd need to do is have someone helping with you sort of tapping out the rhythm as you go.
They would also have to be there to help you form the vowel sounds because that's something you kind of have to be present in order to do. Do you not have any kind of.. i mean surely you've worked with people in the past on this sort of thing. I don't know exactly how it works but there's... resources..
