I doubt Frank would have much of a problem with Tommy since they both only kill bad guys most of the time. He might not like that Tommy gets paid for it, but still.
It could start off with a typical misunderstanding, like Tommy get paid to kill Frank in the understanding that Frank is an enforcer from some mob trying to take over, while Frank in turn thinks Tommy is just a regular mob hitman himself. They'd fight, eventually realise they're being set up to take eachother out in order to protect the -actual- mob guys. and then team up to take down the guy who played them against eachother. Fairly typical.

When you think about it, Section Eight could probably fuck up most all of the Marvel U with their powers of comedic bullshit. Tony Stark would fall back into alcoholism, Hawkeye would end up traumatized from seeing Bueno in his old uniform, and Baytor's puke could legit work against the healing factor dudes, plus nobody would be having a good day after getting a goddamned dog welded to their face.
