Where do I go with Batman comics after reading the Frank Miller graphic novels?

Down.
Lot's of choices depending on preference
I'm a fan of the Peter Milligan and the Alan Grant/Norm Breyfogle stuff
/co/ will probably tell you to go to Morrison

Did you read ASBAR and TDKSA yet?

Depends. If you liked Year One, I'd suggest Batman: Shaman, Batman and the Monster Men, Batman and the Mad Monk, and Batman: Prey. They're all kind of set in the early days of Batman's career and have a similar tone to Year One.

I'd also suggest The Man Who Laughs and The Killing Joke. Maybe Long Halloween and Dark Victory.
Then just jump straight into the Bat-epic by Morrison.

Read Moore's Killing joke and mortal clay
Then Milligan's, Grant's, Moench's, Lapham's and Morrison's runs
First hundred issues of Legends of the dark knight

Are those the writers of the first 100 issues of legends of the dark knight or should I read those issues AFTER I've read the works of those other writers.
All Star Batman and Robin

The first hundred of LOTDK is by a bunch of writers who aren't those guys
Read Morrison after everyone else's
