Not really. NotSuperman and NotSupergirl manage to save Batman's life in the first issue, and they're shown to be potent in the second. But they lack Batman's years of experience, and it shows in how shortsighted they can be. It's more that Batman is a hero with, in-universe, over 15 years of experience and more than a decade of training prior to that, so even when these superhuman guys show up they haven't spent a day in their life preparing for this so they're bumbling compared to Bats.
