Daredevil is one of the most "batman-like" characters in the Marvel universe but I'm not seeing why Joker would glom to Daredevil. The whole "why don't you just kill the Joker" meme wouldn't work with Daredevil because he'd just kill the Joker.
One of the reasons Joker vs Batman works so well is that they're natural opposites. Maybe Joker and Punisher would be good enemies but eventually Punisher would just kill him.

The Joker needs someone methodical that he feels is both entertaining enough to be worthy of his attention, as well as just close enough to the crazy line that he can play mindgames with.
Daredevil have been suggested, but in all honesty I could see him just sort of bouncing around the Marval universe.
I could see him antagonizing Deadpool and them both having a jolly old time, and I could see him trying to push Frank Castle even further over the edge until he becomes just as bad as the criminals he hunts.
