Even with that the 4 waldoes could imply that it's one of the Iron Spider outfits that the MVPs wore (though the more likely reason is because Slott and the artist he's working with don't remember that Peter's suit only had 3 waldoes). Those guys were just peak humans and the suits boosted their agility to spider-man level.
