If stealth is a must, then fully black. If during the day, then a slight tan or grey-green. If operating with the Justice League on something high profile, blue and grey.
I'd say totally going for military camouflage is ridiculous, but it's clothing and I doubt Batman has only one suit.

Pure black is actually setting a contrast from the surrounding environment as its an unnatural color even in human environments, which are full of blues, greys, reds, browns, and greens.
