Because to the north Korean kids they aren't "super powered bad asses", they are feral beasts that fight with no honor, the reasons they are depicted as wolves is probably because theae are predators that kill for a living, a parallel to US soldiers being considered mercenaries by the north Koreans.
It fits inside the cultural context. North Koreans idea of bad ass far from "overpowered character with superhuman abilities and a bad attitude" and more closer to "patriotic average Joe that fulfills his duty regardless of hardships"

Does human nature really differ THAT much? Do Best Koreans really look at it from that standpoint? In all honesty, how fucking could they? Look at the leaders? All of the fucking Kims are portrayed as superhuman beings. Obviously, they must respect the same kind of things we Americans do, or else the NK propaganda wouldn't try and push all the Kims as American-style wolves. It really seems to me that they are just trying to force a narrative on the people that humans will not naturally accept.
