Not true.
While I could care less about Ruby and Sapphire, I do like how they work out as Garnet.
Their love is a pure, strong feeling, and the experience is made a fun and lively person, when she gets in the spirit.

As individuals, yeah. Like I said, I don't really care for them. Hit the Diamond was kind of weird, and if it wouldn't stir shit up in the tumblr areas, I would almost think it was SU hinting at at shit being about to go down ahead of time.
But Garnet I like. Love as a lively feeling, a grand experience, you and another acting as a single soul and moving as one- that's the shit I like.
Bubbeline is pretty realistic. Especially when they first introduced it in What Was Missing. Very nuanced portrayal of queer desire/romance.
