Shiro and Keith are so boring. They had hardly any meaningful scenes. That could change in season 2, though. I like to think they're purposefully making the nature of their relationship mysterious because it likely has something to do with Keith's past.
So far, the only dynamic Keith has that we've had focus on has been with Lance. It's different types of boring for me. Even in he first episode, Keith was forgettable. The introduce him as this sneaky, mysterious guy and then immediately introduce Shiro as an even more mysterious, cool dude who fell from space and any interest we had in Keith is immediately overshadowed. He's boring by virtue of being a non-character.
Allura's different. I find her boring because she's too perfect at everything. She's super nice, and smart, and kind, and beautiful and badass and everybody loves her and she has a million, poorly defined superpowers that activate whenever it's beneficial to the plot. She's a completely ridiculous character, so it's to the show's credit that she's able to be hat and not be annoying as fuck to watch. We have seen on screen that Shiro is the only person who Keith has any meaningful connection with.
