The end of "Secret Wars" implied that the entirety of the Marvel Multiverse had been destroyed, and all that was left was the new, singular Marvel Universe, similar to the end result of "Crisis on Infinite Earths". The ending does feature Franklin Reed creating new universes, however, so theoretically 1602 and Earth-X still exist.
But no, for the most part the only major changes were Miles and company moving to Earth-616, Doom getting a facelift, and an eight-month time skip to gloss over any immediate concerns that would have made for more interesting stories.
