Yep. Especially standing with one hand on the hip is a very "unmanly" pose, which you would only expect to see in women and effeminate men.
Also poses which are more loose will tend to be perceived as feminine. From this model sheet we see a fluidity to Pidge's pody language that is absent in Hunk and Shiro.
