At first glance, the chart looks like it is about how knowledgeable, and serious you are about cartoons. But the "Irredeemable" category is the "you have shit taste" category, which seems out of place. Though it also doesn't help that many of the things mentioned in the bottom two tiers simply do not exist.
If the chart was about how well versed you are in cartoons, it could mention all those obscure cartoons that lasted a short while and faded away into obscurity like The Baskervilles and Stressed Eric, obscure animated films like the Elm Chanted Forest and Gandahar, as well as mention atrocities like Super Duper Sumos, Brothers Flub, Butt Ugly Martians, and so forth, but again, there would need to be a decision made as to what the chart and tiers represent.
Of course, there could always be two separate charts, a taste chart and a chart about how knowledgeable and versed you are based on what you've seen.
