Great tier: perfect word melding and perfect photoshop or even on-model drawings coupled with good writing — shockingly rare.
Good tier: sentence melding or voice actor graft and good photoshop; comedy mostly relies on the character saying OOC weird/shocking things with some effort put into writing — surprisingly rare.
OK tier: sentences taken from unrelated material; photoshopped items are ineptly added mostly just for the visual cue; comedy mostly relies on "dank memes" of varying "dankness" — not as common as you'd think.
Author should be garbage and then drowned in his own diarrhea tier: loud noises, flashing screen, random special effects and filters; stale or even home made memes attempted for comedy or more often no thought is put in at all relying solely on ear- and eye-rape for "comedy" — 90% of all YTPs out there.

What I was talking about is the use of photoshop to literally create new scenes with old locations and animations and doing so with such care that it almost looks seamless. I'm sure that it's not the only program used to reach such quality, but I didn't want to go into details.
