Everyone on 4chan likes to be contrarian and shit on Heat Legend's Joker, but I honestly thought it was a refreshing and dynamic take on an old character. It fit in extremely well with the context of the film and he definitely stole the show. It's just a shame we won't be able to ever judge his performance objectively due to his death
There are many interpretations of the Joker, and they are all valid. Ledger's Joker had no real precedence in the comics, while Leto's Joker does. Fuck, I don't even think the face tat looks bad. Hell if you buy into the Joker being metafictionally aware or into the hypercrisis thing, you could make a strong argument that the Joker would TOTALLY get an obnoxious face tat to piss off his fans
