Yeah, Cleveland and his family moved to Quahog when TCS was canned. They live in Cleveland's old house across the street from the Griffins now. Cleveland's basically been slotted back into his old role as one of the guys, Donna occasionally has some lines, Cleveland Junior got an episode, and Rallo and Roberta have pretty much been silent background characters the rest of the time, though Rallo got a few lines in the episode where they moved.
They've even made some passing references to TCS characters since the return (Dee Dee Tubbs, Auntie Momma and Tim the Bear), but they haven't really done anything of much note with the cast of TCS since they merged them into FG.
