It's not a market that the west cares about; far more people want live action porn.
Animated is usually reserved for the more extreme or impossible kinks that wouldn't be possible in live action, and none of that is appealing to enough people in the west to make animated porn financially viable, especially when it's far more expensive than the typical porn film.
Cartoons are still viewed as kiddie shit and anyone who masturbates to cartoon porn is a weirdo so no one wants to be associated with that in society

cuz whenever an artist does make porn,they sometimes put it behind a paywall or you'll need to pay for it somehow

America doesn't have the skill and resources and it's doubtful there is enough demand to make it profitable, especially with how overblown the costs of animation production are in America. Americans/Westerners aren't into 2D the same way the Japanese are.
But people seem to be doing a lot of Source Filmmaker stuff. Or at least I assume it's being made in the West.
