Might be Ofelia. Upper body proportions look off for Poppy, plus we've never seen her do a glint rather than ring-eyes. Could be a Lucky Star reference. Thighs are the right size for Poppy, but seem more defined. Plus I kind of doubt Poppy ever goes for long hair.

My super likely to be wrong theory is that "Bright Eyes' is in fact Poppy, but she's Poppy if everything goes to shit, Lily and Kit die, Eggton burns down, Fenneclands falls to the Specter and Chicadino, and because a grieving, revenge filled monster that Chicadino wanted to avoid creating at the end of Poppy 1. This all hinges on the theory that Mary has time travel shenannigan due to being related to Madame Mystana.
