I guess if you go with the Marshall theme; a simple, formal outfit with a bit of flair? That's a stretch and a half but it's the only thing that really comes to mind.
I think it's hard to come up pleasing 'average troll' designs given how over the top most of the initial 12 were. That's not even taking the dancestors into consideration either, though some of them are more stereotypes of human themes rather than properly thought out individual trolls. It also doesn't help that trolls not caring about fashion is a thing, that is rather limiting in terms of creative designs for humanoid creatures.
In the end, what makes a good troll or fan troll design anyway that isn't just a troll version of some other design? There's rather few things to alter to make them unique, without going over the top that is. Angel's Sahtii is the only recent one that comes to mind that really stands out.

that's completely your own speculation and only works if the reader has absolutely zero attachment to the characters, as though they were lemmings
it is painfully clear that hussie wanted to tell a story that had moral and dramatic value, and the message he wanted to communicate wasn't "everything is meaningless". If you like Homestuck because you have a morbid fascination and enjoy looking at disasters, that's one thing, but you seriously can't be trying to convince me that Hussie succeeded at what he set out to accomplish.
