Eh problems happened with some designs when it all became Timm-verse, but the simplicity of the character designs helped them maintain pretty good animation throughout for the most part. Riddler's redesign will forever piss me off though.

The very first episode with Manbat is still one of my favorites specifically for that reason. When he takes a call from a professor in the Batcave and uses the Bruce Wayne voice, then immediately switches to Batman voice to keep talking with Alfred.
