felt like there was too much story for too little time. Having a new villain come up and also the secret panda village happen at the same time didn't wort so well because kai had nothing to do with the panda village. Shen worked in KFP2 because he was central to the plot, not a side character.

The big bad kept stealing everyone's chi to make himself stronger, but the chi wasn't the thing making him stronger it was his resolve

The entire way chi and the Pandas happened felt like a betrayal of "no secret ingredient." As well, the way chi is used feels just off, even by the physics of the KFP movies.
The humor is more obnoxious and used at inappropriate times.
The Furious Five are portrayed as incompetent and useless if your name is not Tigress.
The entire Panda Village story just feels contrived and dull.
