Jim Rhodes was a man of many titles. He was a decorated soldier, a compassionate friend, and of course our "Rhodey".
He carried the weight of Iron into the Machine of War and always fought to the bitter end. From being Iron Man when his friend could not he carried to keep the light of hope among us. But let us remember that as he stood up in the face of adversity he inspired all of us to take charge against the forces against us. He was Jim Rhodes, he was Iron Man, and he was War Machine. But in the end he was a hero above all and let us never forget that as we lay him to rest.
Hell that way they can still have their call of adversity and push for identity diversity without going completely ham and saying that he was nothing more than a fill in for Iron Man.
