I think it's unlikely.
Whatever the opinion about New 52 may be there have been certainly new people that started reading it after Flashpoint, and I don't think that DC would go erasing what for a good number of people is literally all they have always readIn fact, neither CoIE nor Flashpoint were complete reboot. Many series went on without any kind of change with CoIE, after all, while Flashpoint is literally being called right now "The exact same continuity just with small but important elements taken out here or there"
Also, while for some characters, like Batman, there haven't been many great changes, or at least not changes that can't be resolved easily, there are other characters that had great changes, like the New Teen Titans, with some becoming older like Cyborg and other younger like Raven

I was thinking why I was OK with it in Titans compared to here and I realized it has more to do with Barry's voice. I know Williamson is a huge Waid Flash fan (who abused narration to end) but Waid's worked because Wally's narations are always more energetic with interesting layouts. They really need to tone it down for Barry because he just narrates what's in front of him and all of that stuff is very extra.

There's a lot up in the air because Wally, Barry and the Titans seem to be remembering a version of the Pre-New 52 timeline, but some details don't exactly line up, so the universe may be shifting things to accommodate that rather than simply rolling back all the changes that have happened since then.

Urgh, it's complicated trying to explain this, but basically:
* 10 years get removed
* However, memories need to be updated to fit the new time period -- if 5 years was taken from your life, but it was still 2016 in terms of technology, style, etc., then then *all* of your memories would need to be updated
* This memory-updating seems to be somewhat automatic and constant
* Hence, because Wally was in the Speed Force, he wasn't a part of the new memories formed
* When he came back, though, the "memory updating" process began reincluding Wally
* However, as is shown by the costumes and other things, these are still the updated New52 memories
These memories are, of course, based on their Pre-Flashpoint history -- hence, in the Titans case, why they felt someone was missing. But, to reiterate, no one besides Wally and PF Clark/Lois remembers pre-Flashpoint history.
