Um, the general gist was that the eight kids have disappeared after fighting LE obviously, their own kids live in orphanages or otherwise, having been given up for adoption as babies and the trolls left for New Alternia or something
So the general gist was that the kids are just mythological figures.
New race comes looking for them. Actually honestly I put more thought into the aliens. They're Sburb players from a 128 player session that never won, and instead opted to stay in the game forever, and restarted their race and pretty much gutted their entire session for resources. Then they started traveling to other sessions and raiding them if they hadn't finished, or entering and conquering their universe if they had. So they're pro PVP gankers who can alchemize entire starship fleets and have rigged Skaia up into this horrible WH40kesque Hive city with huge cameras constantly scanning the clouds for information and future-predictions. Their main emperor guy is now obsessed with this supposed series of sessions that birthed the Green Sun and did all this supposedly impossible shit (like a single player session) and is trying to track them down for his own goals.

It's shitty that they hooked up because it feels like the girls on the meteor were actively excluding/not interacting with them and that was the reason. I couldn't give a shit about their sexuality but it really chaps how shitty the other characters look because of it. Vriska I can understand being shitty but Vriskagram just made it look like nobody could be assed to even interact with either of them, and that's really a jarring thing to see when there's only 10 people on a fucking meteor for three years. I had two explanations. Either it can't help it, or it's been trying to destroy them over the millions of years they've had their empire, but it plays a long game.
Ultimately I kind of imagined it lower key that Homestuck. More harry potter "orphans finding their past" style stuff than universal war, battles more local so that when the big guns, the god tiers and Lord English show up and annihilate entire planets, shit would really feel real.

She snapped completely, segregating her animalistic parts into a separate personality that believes she's her bear lusus, and does more or less the same stuff (killing any troll that gets close to her "PRECIOUS GRITTE", with enough brutality that people actually think a giant fucking bear did it), but then her normal personality got the opportunity to become a normal person, so she does some of that.

Jack Noir mentioned that Skaia's clouds never showed him anything, and we know it's not a Dersite thing because WV could see things in the clouds. There could be some other explanation, like "it's only high-ranking Dersites that can't see them" or "WV could see them because he lived on Skaia", but those aren't specifically hinted at, so it's most likely something Skaia has control over.

That's more likely, but it would seem cheap if it were just said off-hand as a way of hand-waving it. The best way to handle it would be to have some idea of Skaia's intent planned from the beginning, and subtly weave it into the whole plot through foreshadowing and coincidences. Because that's the sort of thing Skaia does.
Hmm... I just thought of another possibility. What ifSkaia is giving them visions because their actions work in its favor somehow? Skaia's purpose is to ensure the propagation of universes; what if they don't just steal resources from sessions they take over, but actually "win" them on their own terms? They could have whole breeding centers set up to produce specially-made Genesis Frogs, which they take to other Sburb sessions in order to bring to maturity, then invade the universes inside them for whatever it is they take from the worlds they conquer? They selectively breed their frogs to maximize the resources contained within and make them easier to control, essentially turning whole universes into livestock. And because each universe is able to start its own Sburb sessions and produce offspring, this suits Skaia's purposes as well.

Büjorn Villid -Phil Collins. This Stand makes it impossible to attack the user directly, as any person who attempts to will end up falling in love with the user for exponential amounts of time, starting for 5 seconds and doubling with each attack made.
Slavnh Sovost - Sunn O))). Sunn O))) is a combat based stand that is automatic and uncontrollable - whenever someone besides the user begins bleeding, it will attack them without remorse. The harder someone is bleeding, the more vicious its attacks become.

If the choice is presented as a binary "either X or Y", as opposed to "either X or not-X", then it's certainly not impossible. It depends on what exactly the Choice is and why the Denizen is offering it.

I'd say they're a valid example. It's not like John used them to retcon his way out of the Choice in the first place; he used them in a creative way to complete the challenge Typheus gave him.

Roxy was an alcoholic and can't really take things seriously, until her mother dies in front of her.
Sollux is extremely bitter and cynical, and blames himself for Aradia's death.
(Vriska) sure isn't one, but Vriska may be the only correct answer, she's a bitch who doesn't receive any consequences.
Aradia as a ghost couldn't feel anything, and as a robot, she was apathetic and violent all in one.
Of course, most of the characters have gotten over their flaws but that's development. = )

That's an odd but valid perspective. Gamzee was definitely a fairly good person at the beginning when he had sopor slime. Of course, he also went murderously insane due to a combination of a religion that glorifies bloodshed, a crisis of faith, a genetic predisposition towards extreme violence, and a demonically-possessed puppet, but that doesn't really relate to the whole "stoner" angle.
