Action Man, ROM and Micronauts have only just started. MASK isn't out yet.
IDW GI Joe sucked, and I hate that they're bringing it into this universe rather than rebooting it.
Transformers is... complicated. Basically, there's two ongoing series (More Than Meets The Eye and Robots In Disguise/"Transformers"). And a third (Till All Are One) just starting, but who knows how long that'll last.
Basic required reading is MTMTE and exRID (I'd read them in alternating TPB order) and the two Windblade series (the second's kind of shit, but sets up some of the exRID stuff), and probably TAAO as well. Last Stand of the Wreckers and Sins of the Wreckers aren't required, but they're heavily recommended.

Yeah there's nothing to fear here. These are all properties with similar tones, aesthetics, and content that can be blended seamlessly. They also seem to be keeping Transformers as the "main" story with the rest of the titles orbiting it, which is probably a good idea.
