No, I remember watching an episode of one of the cartoons, where they asked him to donate blood. And he told them this tragic backstory of how he tried to do that once, but his healing factor kept the blood alive. And it rejected the new host, and instead of saving their life ended up killing them.
If that's how bad it is with blood, then I can only imagine it would be worse with actual organs.
It makes me wonder why no one has thought of using this concept before.
