What's the difference between 70seas and latchkey? Is latchkey just the newest part of the 70seas story, or is it a reboot of 70seas?

70seas was the artist's first comic (as far as I know) set on a planet called Lagend where the protagonists sail around doin stuff, after he ended it in 2013 he started latchkey kingdom (which was originally a one-off extra arc of 70 seas as a nod to LoZ) which is set on a continent on the same planet and follows a young adventurer just exploring dungeons n stuff

I like how latchkey is able to reference and pay homage to things like zelda and souls without it feeling shallow or forced. I think it works so well because it doesn't use the referenced content as a crutch, as well as subverting a lot of expected cliches, like that block puzzle at the beginning of the story. It helps that the characters all have depth, and despite many of them fitting a role/trope/cliche of fantasy stories they still move around outside the box. They resemble the cliche but only on the mostbasic level, beyond that they're all pretty fresh. I like the upbeat tone of the comic too.
