The first one could benefit from more cutesy character designs like We Bare Bears. They both seem similar in premise and sense of humor, at least from that one clip I've seen of whatever that first show is. I find We Bare Bears funny, and I liked the humor of the anime clip. Overall the character designs in the anime are just too realistic for a show about civilized bears doing human things.
