Why you didn't continue on the previous thread?
>>83863859
I like to do these by chunks.
>>83864320
>Yeah, Sam! You shake that money-maker!
>>83863810
Hey, it's that one cover Excalibur does later on.
>>83864381
That is one hella-creepy looking Professor X ghost.
I fucking love Lila Cheney.better than dazzler

Oh good, my roomie is watching Hachiko. Now I'm gonna have to be her shoulder to cry on.
Man, fuck that movie. Now I can't look at my dog and not get a bit misty eyed. Fucking hell.

>Roberto assumes they tortured Sam in a sex dungeon because there's no way Sam would wear that willingly
do artists have fun drawing Warlock, or is he too complicated?
some c and d list characters have survived years only because artists like to draw them as wallpaper in groups or big fight scenes.
>>83865368
I always had a problem with characters being split between too many books, take these for example: Professor X is more a main cast-member of NewMutants than of X-Men here, but how long is that going to last? What books do you need to follow if you're just a fan of him?
Now, I don't expect Nightcrawler to have a major character development when he guest-stars, but given that Magik is a NewMutant I might have to expect important changes in her relationship with Colossus happen here and not in X-Men.
It's annoying to be set up to miss something.

Lila Chaney?

>>83864915
Top kek, that was nice.
>>83865552
Well Professor X is mainly a teacher so he's going to be in New Mutants more than with a team of adults
>>83865483
super human strength wit the vulnerability of a normal human makes very little sense
his bones dont break when he lifts 2 tons
>>83865680
something like superman's extended 'physical telekinesis.
Almost very super strength need to works this way to explain that flying school bus catches and etc
>>83865680
The idea is that he's expending that absorbed solar energy with his superstrength, I guess the muscles are holding all the weight alone.
But there's no way to expend energy to make flesh and bone more durable.
It is stupid, I'm so glad they "secondary mutationed" him.
>>83864598
Wait, why doesn't Rahne turned into a red wolf?
>>83865774
Spider-Man isn't bulletproof.
>>83865862
yes, but he isnt normal-person vulnerable, which is what Colossus implied there.
>>83865608
>>83865625
>>83865638
Does the Professor have any stalker notes on the male students, or is this that "I'm secret in love with Jean" thing?
>>83865837
For the same reason that every person Mytique shapeshifts into doesn't have red hair.
>>83866005
Yay, he's an equal opportunity stalker, good for him!
>>83866061Global Zionist conspiracy?
>>83864836
How can he tell that is a Dyson sphere? It just looks like a city with a sun in the sky.
>>83864424
... pretty nice pain face
>>83865557
So Duncan is Rahne's husbando fusion of Sam and Roberto, right?
>>83864850
Oh my god, she is Atomisk
>>83864579
Inviting a bunch of underage kids to the after show party.
I like where this is going!
>>83866815
Good God.
>>83864903
Didn't Magik just say she could teleport the bad guy to the other side of the universe? Couldn't she teleport them home? Or to Limbo, then home?
>>83865356
This is a great cover.
>>83863810
>When Wolverine sees how long my claws are he'll die of jealousy.
>>83865837
because it's a shitty recolored version.
>>83867093
The other side of the universe leaves a wide margin of error Magic could drop him off 3 years ago and 10 light years to the left and still claim to be spot on.
>>83865546
>I need a name.
>Says Hope.
On this page. Not foreshadowing.
So close.
>>83864537
So, Lila's basically Joan Jett or Patty Smith.
Whoopsy daisy, I couldn't finish the storytime last night for raisins, we'll resume later this day, now I gotta have lunch with a friend.

> Bob McLeod could letter
The number of comic book artists who can do this at all much less competently is countable on a leper's hand. Dave Gibbons comes to mind here.
Richard "Comicraft" Starkings being a great writer (Elephantmen) is also a surprise.
> Not muh Tom Orzechowski
Note to self: Take your autism meds
>>83864663
I miss captioning like this.
>>83864887
CLAREMONNNNNNNNT
>>83865483
> Brent Spiner could have played Kurt
Just posting to say I like Bob McLeod a lot
No same face, realistic looking characters with their own features, faces and body types, and not even particularly good looking, not super model-super heroes.
The characters look their race, not like Psylocke who has an asian body but often looks white, Karma looked clearly East Asian, and Dani looked clearly Native American.
That is unfortunately quite unusual in comics.
Stienkiewicz is great, but a different kind of great.
>>83864887
Hubba hubba.
>>83864592
Well duh.
