Please don't. It's not something I condone in the slightest, but it's just so rare to see that I want it to stick. If anything, just give him a foil that keeps trying to call out Rorschach, but ultimately have him ignore the specified character. You know, give a character that is a lot more accepting that kinda hangs around Rorschach, instead of changing Rorschach in general. Anything else would be a character assignation.

Have him develop in some other way. I like my heroes to have different flavors. Let's be real with ourselves, if that many heroes existed in real life, at least a few would be very bigoted people. Like I said before, just give him another character used to call him out whom he hates.

This. Rorschach seems to resent sexuality.
The entire point of Rorschach is that you're not suppose to like his character, you're suppose to like his goals. I think Alan Moore was trying to portray that you can like someone without agreeing with their views. If they were to change this than it would ruin the whole character and he was better off staying dead.
