I suppose the argument could be made that the results of that could cause a butterfly effect. Save Project Pegasus but now there's no War Machine or She-Hulk. Anything they might do in the future now gets changed, which could cause an entirely divergent timeline. Like how Bendis extrapolated the alternate time line of things happening when Snikt-Bubs Snikt-Bub'd Hank Pym in the past to kill Ultron before he ever existed. It caused an entirely different timeline cause Ultron never created Vision and Vision saved the world like a dozen times. So you end up worse for the wear.
The problem is that we're not talking about looking at this from the future view. This isn't Ulysses coming from an established future and telling them to change things to stop that future. This is him predicting bad stuff happening and them having the choice to either do something about it or not. Now maybe a futurist like Tony could see the path of fate ahead of time. Have things planned out to create the best result, and this kid's visions mess with his grand design. But once again that just means Tony is getting mad at this kid and Carol for doing exactly what he's doing all the time.
