I used to in 2013 because I was interested in seeing where this artist might go. She was just getting into animation at the time, enrolled in SVA, I thought she might take off as an artist. Figured she would be one of those usual web comic artists who gets really popular and ends up working on a CN show. Maybe she'd be the next Natasha Allergi, or maybe get her own pilot on Frederator, I dunno. I would have liked to see her stuff animated by a team.
But then she continued to devolve into an e-drama baby who refuses to update her comic and now hoards it from her fans and says they don't deserve to see her comic unless they pay while simultaneously insulting her fanbase because they want to know why is she spending more time drawing Wander and Zootopia fanart than working on her comic. Apparently in her eyes, they're pressuring her to the point of making her not want to work on her comic. And she keeps getting $2k a month on Patreon after all of that.
I'm a little embarrassed I've followed her for so long. And her animation has managed to get worse, somehow. Part of me wishes she would lose a shit ton of her followers just to kick her ass in gear but then another part feels bad because she's probably just a child and would literally break down in tears if she couldn't pay for rent via Patreon.
Now I've just learned to ignore her. She'll lose her fanbase someday.

No, because she writes like garbage and her arts either alright or blindingly awful. She got one style and she stuck to it, which would be fine, but she didn't bother to make it any better over time or learn.

Nothing to do with Vivienne, but I've never liked animashes, so I'm not looking forward to it. They're always a giant mess of amateurish and bad animation with a couple of great looking pieces that just makes the overall video not very interesting to watch.
I know it's more for the fans than it is for audiences, but eh. I'd like to see someone do an animash with some quality control, if that were even possible. But I guess animash means "everyone is accepted", doesn't it?

Typically, furries use their animal characters as a persona they can escape to and more often than not, it's for fetish purposes. That, I consider the actual definition of furry.
If your character is just a karate guy who happens to be a wolf or a funny talking duck, then it's just a cartoon animal. I mean, anyone who tries to label Peter Rabbit as belonging to the same community as people who like thinking about fucking someone in a fursuit is just an outcast who refuses to acknowledge they're an outcast and wants to try to normalize their fetish.

Well, werewolves are suppose to look part human, that's part of their mythos. As for stuff like, a walking bear in armor, it's usually pretty easy to tell whether someone is drawing animal-human creatures because of creativity or because of interest in bestiality. For thousands of years, people have been sculpting and painting shit like humans fucking horses, but that doesn't mean ancient gods like Anubis are furries. Just means, you know, some people have a fetish for animal shit.
It's fine for people to have sexual interest in creepy shit as long as they don't go around fucking real animals. I don't care about furries, but I don't like it when the community tries to claim shit as "theirs" by saying anything that has a walking talking animal is a furry. Most of these people don't seem to realize their interest is first and foremost suppose to be fetish shit, not just walking talking animals. But really, that's just a pet peeve and not really a problem. But I guess "what do you define as a furry" is more interesting topic than the Zoophobia comic.
