Eh, there is a little arc in Life Zone (one of the collections) where Owl's girlfriend tries several times during a date to break up with him but can never do it, and ends up fucking him out of pity. That's about the most we ever see him take advantage of other people's pity. His real problem is that he bitches and moans about his shit life but can't bring himself to leave the only "friends" he has behind.Not until the end of Megahex at least when he finally moves out. I'm not sure if this was retconned or an alternate timeline or whatever since Werewolf Jones is still alive, despite having died during X-Mas 2017 while Owl was still living with Megg and Mogg
