I figure A-listers would be the guys who headline the movies and cartoons, while B-listers are the likes of Scarlet Witch, Vision, Falcon etc
Is Steel C-lister? Dunno about Teen Titans, I'm not much into them.
Avengers could have Black Knight or Janet/Hank. I doubt any of them are high on totem pole.
