Theres a big problem eith dc tans personality you guys are ignoring.
She isn't very welcoming to newcomers. She users CN tan to introduce her, and she refuses to share references. She expects people to be up to date and understand all the references she makes, even though she expects them to.
Marvel tan however, loves to make new friends. People say she is shallow, when really, she is just easier to know.

I would say Rebellion would be one of the shortest of all them, but make up for it by hyperactivity. Always got something on the go, whether its art, writing, /tg/ games (Rebellion also owns Mongoose) or video games (they're still a game company first and foremost. The bigger girls, DC especially, tend to thoughtlessly take her stuff without asking, but nevertheless one of Vertigo's oldest pals. Recently made friends with IDW too, who's very enthusiastic but tends to miss the point a bit.

Do you know what would be fun? If there was a visual novel of the Publisher Tans. But not your typical, 'date a girl' one. Something a bit more like Fate/Stay Night (Don't hate me please). I can see it now...
We have the MC who is basically a stand in for /co/. A cynical and slightly depressed guy who tries to see the positive side of things, though the world seems to be going out of it's way to shit on them.
Then he gets introduced into this strange world of miracles. In this world there are so many stories that can be told. However, it seems that the world is stagnant.
Each of the tans routes is basically, the MC experiencing a different genre, one which has consistently been a major part of the universe that the tan is supposed to represent. From his experience, he learns a different lesson which serves as a commentary about the publisher itself.
