That design is really bad.
Skin color should be noted as well. The costume would work better with white/pale skin. Either give Goliath blue or switch the scheme so he's not clashing. It's almost as bad as when redheads wear too much red.

OP, make the mask silvery/white like in the movie, red antennas, make the trim the same silvery colour, ditch the glowing bits on the gloves, and maybe cover the mouth so it's like a helmet. Try that. I've spent like five minutes looking between all the different colour palettes you've done, so I don't hate it.

The personality thing would just be a trait or the style of the character. Like he's a guy used to doing things "the hard way" but now that he's in the public eye as a hero he feels the need to project a positive image. So when he's big and everyone can see him he acts super nice and superman-esque with "Hello, citizen" and shit but when he's small he fights super dirty.
The eyes thing is just a way of making the character visually different from other black characters by giving him changing eyes.

Powergirl: Hands are too small, feet are too small, thighs are too large and long in comparison to the torso, the material of the suit would not both allow the breasts to look full like they do but still cling as tightly as it does to her abdomen, pectorals are where they're supposed to be but that means the breasts should really sit a bit higher, shading on body is amateurish at best
Green Lantern: Having done cosplay for years now with a great deal of sewing experience, there is no way to get fabric to both cling like it is to him but simultaneously let his balls sag like they do, men also usually wear a thing called a dance belt for added support to help keep things from having chafing and from getting pinched in extremes of movement, feet comically too small and too short

Big Barda: Feet again are way way too small, calves too small for the thighs, you would need more muscular calves to balance out those thigh sausages, costume actually look ok otherwise
Hawkman: Elbows very poor defined or nonexistent, they would show more going by the amount of other detailing we can see, helmet too large for his face proportionally
Wonderwoman: Face is a trainwreck, neck slightly too long, not nearly muscular enough depending on your preferences for her, shading is very poorly done with inconsistencies in the lighting
Firestorm: The torso can't decide what direction it wants to be, side? frontal? 3/4? who can tell with how many ways it's going in, Picasso would even laugh, arms laughably too small for the head, random asscheek floating down on to his back thigh
Batman: Looks basically ok except that he's suffereing from the same too-thin fabric thats sculpts to his bodies every detail, and only spandex can do that but then the problem becomes if you stretch it that taught over a body, it wont lay down into the crevices like his six pack there, if you make it looser to allow for that you then see wrinkles, really the only way to achieve that look is to have a fake padded suit

Superman: His cape? Where does it end once it meets his chest? It looks like two layers were badly photoshopped together there, again suffers from the bad use of material like Batman and the others, his is slightly worse though because you can even see veins through the material, material that tight would not allow the veins to stick up to that degree, the S on his chest is floating above the material and doesn't seem to be attached to the suit at all
Aquaman: feet too small, calves undermuscled for the thighs, hands too small compared to the rest of the body
Black Canary: Breasts are not draw properly and appear as if they are levitating above her torso, there is no attachment between the two, hands slightly too small, suit makes it impossible to tell if her mid section is close to skin color or open, it would be absolutely impossible to hold onto her in case it was open but either way it cannot have the shape it does for reasons I already mentioned on every previous character, ok otherwise though
Flash: Improper perspective between the pectoral, neck and abdomen, or possibly the pectoral is just too small, and just like the others here but explained best with Batman, there is no way for the material to cling like it does to his neck, the only way to achive that would be liquid latex sprayed on and I seriously doubt everyone here has a crew to spray their suit on every time they need to wear it and still add all those details on top
But there you go, some real "fantastic anatomy" and "artwork" there.

The white spider is jarring, but I could grow to like it.
Some details I don't like are the pants being too blue with not enough red. The gym shoe feet are back, those always suck. These just go to show this is the TASM3 game recycled.
But the thing that really sucks about this costume is the white on the arms. I understand that maybe the white spider demands more white elsewhere on the costume, but his arms and hands look like bones. It's bizarre and I don't like it.
